Nook HD—catch fire again in tablet market
In 2010 or 2011, when we talk about tablet, Ipad seems the only one occur to our mind. Ipad seems the king of tablet market and on one else could threat it until meet android tablet’s uneven rise in this year. Samsung’s Galaxy series, Nexus 7 come from google and Amazon’s Kindle fire HD+, all of those ones share the tablet market and led to increasing competition in the area. Now Nook HD also join the fight. This affordable tablet comes with main stream hardware and also light and smart.
The Nook HD is a 7.7inch tablet starts at $199 for 8GB model and the 9 inch Nook HD+ starts at $269 for 16GB model. Both tablets would shipping in the October.
The Nook HD+ meanwhile has a larger 9.5-inch display, which packs a whopping 1,920x1280 pixels. Under its bonnet a 1.5GHz dual-core processor keeps things ticking along nicely, while Barnes and Noble reckons this is the lightest full HD tablet ever created -- it weighs a mere 515g. Both tablets are powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Barnes & Noble aimed to improve those specs with its own Nook HD. At first glance, the most obvious enhancement over the older Nook line is the HD's crisper screen. The 7-inch Nook HD features a screen resolution of 1440 x 900 and supports 1080p video; Barnes & Noble says that's 25% more pixels than the Kindle Fire HD. The 9-inch version of the new Nook is 1920 x 1280 (which falls short of the iPad's resolution) and plays 720p video.
To take advantage of the improved screen resolution, Barnes & Noble is launching Nook Video. Users can buy or stream content in either HD or standard definition, and a representative said the prices will be "comparable" to other a la carte services. Nook Video will also be available as an app for use across several devices.

Iphone5’s Innovation-Shouldn't Be Underestimated
After a week after the release of iphone5, we have known much about this new device, larger screen and A6 chip; it seems that iphone5 didn’t deliver a great creation in this time. I had waited iphone5 from spring but this new apple had not brought much surprise to me. However, Is this familiar-looking iPhone really no surprise? Not so in iphone5, it bring some new to us that we hard recognize from its hardware parameter. Now let’s talk something about it.
Size and weight
The first upgrade I want to say is the weight. We draw much of attention on displayer ppi and CPU speed and less of us care about the upgrade in weight. The iphoen5 is 20% lighter than iphone4s. Many smartphones boast large screens and sleek looks, but few weigh as little as 3.95 ounces, iphone5 made it! 4 inch super high resolution displayer and other high rank features with only 112g and 7.6mm depth, that’s a great job. Don’t complaint its less change from 4S, that’s really a big upgrade in this level. When you hold the iphone5, you will meet the surprise.
Excellent speed
No one knows that how fast A6 would bring to us unless you try it by yourself. It’s a dual-core one with 1.2GHZ speed and undoubtedly do better than A5, the question is~ How fast it could do.
In particular, the excellent speed I want to talk, it’s about LTE. We needn’t LET network at home, Wi-Fi is Ok. However, when it comes to mobile devices, it absolutely useful. LTE would faster than home broadband wireless net.
Beautiful map
Whenever you hear that an app is beautiful to behold, especially an app as integral to the use of the iPhone as Maps, it can't help but feel superfluous. Still, try to look at Maps on an iPhone 5 and not feel wowed. Right now, it's the best graphics demo the iPhone 5 has in its stable, and Flyovers feel intensely surreal, even if you're a Google Earth addict. Whether the graphical finesse of the new Maps and turn-by-turn navigation can make up for the lack of more-refined Google search terms, Street View, and public transit directions feels like a dicey proposition, but Maps is undeniably fun to play with.
How to rip blu ray movie to iphone5
Ok, in this sense I recognize that there is no big change on the iphone5, we were dissatisfied with the simple upgrade form 3.5inch to 4inch and a bit improvement in cpu. However, at this apple’s level, IPhone is so excellent that harder to make one or two changes than galaxy or HTC’s One series. Our over-high expectations undermined the improvement of iphone.

Movie Review: Resident Evil: Retribution
Unconsciously, we have had five Resident Evil film in the past ten years, 10 years of Alice waking up in a lab of Umbrella Company and escaping then extend the life of this action-horror movie. Ten years ago, that’s 2002, Alice was an employee of Umbrella and now she made retribution. Sometimes, I couldn’t understand that how could Resident Evil fresh the story with just endless zombies and deathless Alice. However, I never miss any one of the “Resident Evil” entries since the first one hit in 2002.
The newest film, Resident Evil: Retribution, picks up right where we left off in 2010’s Resident Evil: Afterlife with Alice and her ragtag group of survivors taking their last stand on a ship out in the middle of the ocean. While being bombarded by 30 hovercrafts, Alice is blown off the boat and left unconscious in the water. She awakens in a suburban home as a homemaker with a husband and a young daughter. The story opened without pressing screen, this dream life last all of 60 seconds before infected humans attack their home, that make a great contrast to the upcoming blood fight. Safe life is so dear!
Alice escapes again and must escape through different Umbrella testing facilities (Russia, Suburban, and NY) and meet up with another ragtag bunch that’s there to help her escape, similar plot unfolds.
In “Resident Evil: Retribution,” writer-director Paul W.S. Anderson attempts to fill out a flimsy plot structure by making the characters’ comings and goings overly convoluted. So what else is new? One development involves the Umbrella Corporation’s use of clones to test the effectiveness of its viral weapons in simulated versions of locales like New York, Moscow, Tokyo and that nation of lost souls, Suburbia. Anderson has also introduced a new character, Ada Wong, who joins Alice’s fight against those evil corporate forces while wearing the unlikeliest of superhero outfits, a brocade stripper dress slit thigh-high and worn with vertiginous heels.
But visually, at least, it all works. Alice and her ragtag assortment of cohorts fend off — in addition to the requisite zombies — a massive creature with a lamprey’s mouth and a slimy, visible brain, and two lumpy behemoths wielding executioner’s pole axes. The movie’s most intriguing sequence comes early on: It’s a flashback — or is it? — Of Alice’s life in suburbia in the days before the virus hit. She has blonde mom hair, she’s married to a dreamboat husband, and she has a young daughter, Becky, who happens to be deaf. Alice doesn’t remain blonde-mom Alice for long, but even after she’s returned to being black-latex Alice, she retains motherly feelings toward Becky, striving to protect the girl from all that free-floating resident evil.
For this movie, you needn’t pay so much attention to plot. It’s just an old style Alice story with new background. Most of us wait this film just want to know how Alice goes on and bit those disgust zombies. I wouldn’t tell my friend that the Retribution is an excellent movie, but I would never miss the next one.
