Weekend Movie(June 8th)—Prometheus, Mardagascar3

There is never a shortage of good movies in summer, this weekend we have only two new films, but both Prometheus and Madagascar 3 are long-awaited movies of me.

Weekend movie referrals(June 1st)-Snow White and the Huntsman

Last week, “Men in Black 3” debuted as the NO.1 with $55 million which bumps “The avengers” over the last weekend. How about this weekend? Snow White, Piranha would on theatre this Saturday-to-Monday, no blockbuster, abundance of choice still worth a look.
snow white and the huntsman-weekend movie

1.Snow White and the Huntsman
In a twist to the fairy tale, the Huntsman ordered to take Snow White into the woods to be killed winds up becoming her protector and mentor in a quest to vanquish the Evil Queen.
Snow White is the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen. Unable to tolerate the insult to her vanity, the evil queen decides that Snow White must die. The queen sends a huntsman to kill Snow White. However the huntsman finds himself unable to murder the innocent young woman, and instead ends up training her to become a warrior capable of threatening the queen's reign.

2.pirranha 3D
It really a blood one, There's something in the water . . . again. And this time no one is safe from the flesh eating fish as they sink their razor sharp teeth into the visitors of the best summer attraction, The Big Wet Water Park.

3.A Cat in Paris
Dino is a cat that leads a double life. By day he lives with Zoe, a little girl whose mother is a detective in the Parisian police force. But at night he sneaks out the window to work with Nico, a slinky cat burglar with a big heart, whose fluid movements are poetry in motion as he slips and swishes from rooftop to rooftop across the Paris skyline. The cat’s two worlds collide when young Zoe decides to follow Dino on his nocturnal adventures – and falls into the hands of Victor Costa, a blustery gangster planning the theft of a rare statue. Now cat and cat burglar must team up to save Zoe from the bumbling thieves, leading to a thrilling acrobatic finale on top of Notre Dame. A Cat in Paris is a warm and richly humorous love letter to classic noir films and the stylized wit of the Pink Panther cartoons – and Dino the cat manages to steal the show with little more than a subtle swish of the tail and quiet mew.

4.Battlefield America
Filmed in Los Angeles,“Battlefield America” tells the story of Sean Lewis (Houston), a successful businessman sentenced to community service for a DUI. Forced by children’s center director (Cox) to teach a band of misfits how to dance, Sean (Houston) winds up learning much more about himself than he ever imagined. Talented youth dancers – Tristen Carter (Eric), Edward Mandell (Marv), Kida Burns (Tommy) and Camren Bicondova (Prissy) - steal the show in underground dance competition (aka “battles”).

5.For Greater Glory
The film’s adventure unfolds against the long-hidden, true story of the 1920s Cristero War, a 1920s conflict between the Mexican government and Catholic rebels after the government instituted brutal anti-clerical laws that, among other provisions, banned the public wearing of religious garb.

Weekend Movie Report(May 25th)-Men in black 3

With Avengers and Battleship still racking up big numbers at the worldwide box office, this weekend has more released one and Man in black 3 would come up this weekend.
Men in Black3, i wish...

1.Men in Black 3
Need not to say more, we have waited for this one for long time.  Alien, super weapon and shock explosion would comeback this weekend. In the third installment of the"men in black 3", Agent J would travels back to 1960s to beat evil aliens.

2. Where Do we Go Now?
As anther Cannes standout, “Where DO We Go Now” isn’t hot one like the Men in Black. The film deals with mounting tension between Christians and Muslims. I have no idea about Religious topic, however, if you tired of aliens and science fiction, this one would be fresh wind of the weekend.

3. I Wish
This Japanese film tells the story of two young brothers separated by their parents' divorce who grow optimistic that they'll be brought back together, thanks to a new high-speed train. Japanese films always with rich emotional, lovely and fresh, warm and cosy.

4. Polisse
It’s a French film won the jury prize at the Cannes Film Festival 2011.  The films tells a story of a photographer working with the police in Paris, who record crimes against children.
