DVD Release Date: April 17, 2012

Ghost Protocol is the one lies at the intersection of the incredible and the impossible. where Brad Bird transitions from cartoons to live action for a Mission: Impossible adventure, accompanied by his most animated leading man to date: Tom Cruise.
Proving that there's plenty of gas left in this franchise's tank, Ghost Protocol start in a Moscow prison where secret agent Ethan Hunt (Cruise) is extracted -- during the first of several pulse-racingly immersive set pieces -- and reintroduced to the world of international espionage. Hunt's mission? Stop Hendricks (Michael Nyqvist), a nuclear extremist, from obtaining stolen launch codes that could initiate World War III.

2.Shame

DVD Release Date: April 17, 2012

Brandon (Michael Fassbender) prepares for sex with quiet, unsmiling ease. Indeed, he seems to spend much of his day preparing for sex, in one way or another. He picks up women. He makes arrangements with hookers. At home, he stares intently at laptop porn with the self-induced trance of ritual. His work computer has so much illicit material that the IT guy assumes it must be a virus.
He's an attractive, suave guy with what looks like a well-paying job. Given this, his Manhattan apartment looks a little bare and shabby -- unadorned, at least. Watching Shame and observing Brandon's life, you begin to understand why: sex takes up most of his time, occupies most of his mind, and overrides most other concerns. He's so in control of his addiction -- and so similar to a certain sort of male mindset -- that it takes some time to register as such. But like a proper addict, he remains in search of his next hit. We don't see much of his friends, hobbies, or that office job -- because he doesn't, either.

 3.Born to Be Wild

DVD Release Date: April 17, 2012

What happens when the circle of life -- the one triumphantly celebrated at the start of Disney's The Lion King - needs a human cog to keep the wheel turning?
That's the central question asked and answered by David Lickley's Born to Be Wild, a 3D nature film making its way to IMAX screens across the nation. Narrator Morgan Freeman (you were expecting, maybe, Gilbert Gottfried?) describes this story as a fairy tale, though one whose storybook ending remains in question. Whether it's happy or sad is up to us, but more on that in a second.
Wild relays the unique professional stories of two remarkable women called to remarkably similar work. In Kenya, Dame Daphne Sheldrick has dedicated decades of her life to running a sanctuary for orphaned elephants who have lost their mothers to poachers. Many miles and multiple cultures away, Birute Galdikas operates a likeminded program for baby orangutan. Each woman (and their highly committed staffs) nurture these animals as long as is deemed necessary, preparing them for life among their animal peers in the wild.

100 Years Later, Titanic Didn’t Fade Away…

The 100th  anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, a significant moment in world navigation history. The moment was marked in a number of ways, However ,some of which were more tasteful than others.
“Titanic” 3-D the film and a memorial cruise are just two ways people remembering the events of that 1912 frigid night in the Atlantic Ocean.Lying two miles below the ocean surface, the Titanic has become a part of the ocean.
For a few, the anniversary came with the revelation that the RMS Titanic was an ture ship and not the fictional subject of James Cameron’s blockbuster. Several cringe-worthy tweets from today’s woefully ill-informed generation made the news, such as “Nobody told me titanic was real…?

Even a century on, stories about titanic didn’t fade away and  taste and decency are still raised over ways the events are memorialized.

At least two memorial cruises retraced the Titanic’s course, stopping for a moment of silence Saturday night at the same time and place of the titanic’s fated encounter with an iceberg.

Some passengers wore period costumes and the cooks served up meals painstakingly reconstructed from surviving copies of the ship’s menu, according to BBC News.
A restaurant in Houston recreated the last meal served to first-class passengers aboard the ship. For $1,000 apiece, parties of 12 can enjoy the lavish 10-course meal on plates from the 1900s, according to the Associated Press.
Off and on since 1998, Deep Ocean Expeditions has offered submersible rides down to the Titanic’s remains. In 2001, a couple was married in a small sub that actually landed on the deck of the sunken ship.

Robert Ballard, the scholar  who discovered the Titanic’s remains in 1985, has always opposed bringing artifacts back from the ship and recently took to “The Colbert Report” and other news outlets to decry the damage tourism has done to the ship.
Others seem to be retrieving artifacts from the depths in the hopes of turning a profit. Titanic memorabilia is quite popular; a ticket from the ship’s maiden voyage recently sold for $56,250 at a New York auction house.
While tourists and explorers should keep their damage to the wreckage minimal, Ballard wants to go too far in the other direction, proposing that the ship’s hull be cleaned and sprayed with protective paint to prevent further corrosion and be guarded by robot sentries. Respect for the tragedy doesn’t warrant creating a bizarre, permanent underwater shrine.

Basics On How To Lose Weight

Everyone can relate to the burden of wanting to lose a few pounds, Unfortunately, most of us have no problem gaining fat but trying to burn fat is a bigger problem ! All of us kown that best way to lose weight is with exercise. But that is incredibly vague! Before you go to loss weight, you’d better kown something about burning you fat.

If you're trying to lose weight, you must kown how your body take calories for fuel could make a difference in how you approach your weight loss program. Fat, carbs and protein are our energy resource. Most people want to use fat for energy, which makes sense. The more fat we can use as fuel, the less fat we'll have in our bodies. However, using more fat doesn't automatically lead to losing more fat.

Firstly, you must kown some basic facts about how your body gets its energy:
  • The body primarily uses fat and carbs for fuel. A small amount of protein is used during exercise, but it's mainly used to repair the muscles after exercise.
  • The ratio of these fuels will shift depending on the activity you're doing.
  • For higher intensity exercise, such as fast-paced running, the body will rely more on carbs for fuel than fat. That's because the metabolic pathways available to break down carbs for energy are more efficient than the pathways available for fat breakdown.
  • For long, slower exercise, fat is used more for energy than carbs.
  • When it comes to weight loss, it doesn't matter what type of fuel you use. What matters is how many calories you burn as opposed to how many calories you take in.
When it comes to weight loss, what matters is burning more calories, not necessarily using more fat for energy. And, the harder you work, the more calories you'll burn overall. Think about it this way: When you sit or sleep, you're in your prime fat-burning mode. But, you've probably never contemplated the idea of sleeping more to lose weight, as lovely as that thought is. Here is a breakdown of the best exercises to burn the highest amount of calories and get you toned up in no time!

But they alone will not aid in losing weight. Both exercises are great for after your cardio workout – you’ll feel great! It also helps with reducing soreness from your intense cardio routine!

Tips on Loss fat:

  • One thing we know is that exercising at lower intensities will use more fat for energy. This basic premise is what started the theory of the 'fat burning zone,' or the idea that working in a certain heart rate zone (around 55 to 65 of your maximum heart rate) will allow your body to burn more fat.
  • You’d better no take in protein and carborhydrates at one meal, It means you couldn’t eat meat and bread at the same time . Beacuse, sugar and protein easy to combine and pack into fat.
